I studied clinical psychology at the Ruhruniversität Bochum. I have a masters degree in psychology.
Then I specialized on people who have phobias, fears and panic disorders. To be able to help I have trainings in:

As there is strong scientific evidence that a stressful live is the main cause for a lot of disorders physical or mental, I decided to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher.

My teacher was the German Marcel Anders Hoepgen.

Marcel has written several excellent books on Hatha Yoga and healthy eating. He now lives in the United States. I thank him a lot for being my teacher and still giving me lectures for further development.
