Yoga Workshop for Mind and Mood
With this new yoga style, your mood will improve. You will feel more relaxed not only in your body but also in your mind. We combine the best practices from yoga, pilates, meditation, and breathwork. The courses are designed for beginners, but advanced yogis are also welcome if they wish to enhance their relaxation techniques and meditation skills.

Morning Yoga
When ?
9.00-10.30am.
Begin your day by connecting with your mind, breath and body – a perfect start for your holidays.
What do we do?
- 20 mins – Warm up – Build attention to your breath and body.
- 10 mins – Pilates – Fortify your core muscles.
- 30 mins – Hatha Yoga – Activate your body’s energy.
- 10 mins – Breathwork – Recharge your cells with oxygen.
- 20 mins – Meditation – Build concentration for healing.


Evening Yoga
When ?
5.00-6.30pm.
End your day by releasing tension in your body and calming your mind for a good night’s sleep – a perfect end to a day full of activities.
What do we do?
- 20 mins – Warm up – Build attention to your breath and body.
- 30 mins – Hatha Yoga – Activate your body’s energy.
- 10 mins – Yin Yoga – Relax your body in passive postures.
- 10 mins – Breathwork – Recharge your cells with oxygen.
- 20 mins – Meditation – Build concentration for healing.
